Spanish Homeowner Tax - Buy Just the Completed Tax Forms

The price is for 1 or 2 owners.  Just a little extra for more owners. 

Using this option allows you to request that we produce your non-resident Modelo 210 tax forms and you will make your own payment.  You can buy the forms for one or more tax years and also tell us about the number of owners that the property has.  

To purchase your non-resident Modelo 210 tax forms, make your selection below and complete all the required information.

Select one of the options available to suit your needs.

  1. Select - Using Cash at a Spanish Bank in Spain. This will allow you to take the forms and cash payment to any Bank in Spain that participates in the Tax Agency payments.
  2. Select - Using your own Spanish Bank in Spain. This option will mean that you will enter your Spanish Bank IBAN (International Bank Account Number) below and this will allow you to pay at your own Spanish Bank online or in person.  Note - This is only available where the forms are for 2021 onwards.
  3. Select - Using your non-Spanish Bank account that has an IBAN. This option allows you to use your own non-Spanish bank and make the payments electronically. You will need to enter your IBAN.
  4. Select - Using your non-Spanish Bank that does not have an IBAN.  This option allows you to use your own non-Spanish bank and make the payments electronically when you do not have an IBAN for the account. You will need to enter you account number, SWIFT/BIC Code, Bank name and address and Country Code.

We do not use these details for anything other than use on the Modelo 210 form.

Please note that if you choose option 2, 3 or 4, the tax needs to be paid within 30 days of the tax forms being produced. If payment is not made within 30 days the reference provided will no longer be valid and cannot be accepted by the tax authorities.

Tax forms for each year cost the same whether there are one or two owners, with just small, extra amounts payable where there are 3 or 4 owners.

The total price will be calculated and all the necessary details collected to allow us to produce your forms which will be emailed to you as PDFs before the end of the next business working day.
